Where its like 3 or 4 pictures but they flash randomly over and over again. I've seen some people do it as their default picture.

you can make animated pictures and do much more there (:
Reply:one of two methods:
1. write a script (harder)
2. use a program like photoshop or something to make an animated GIF image. (easier)
