How can I import flash in a word document?

I have received word documents (office 2007 and earlier) with embedded flash movies. I wonder how can I do it too.

Try this:





Open the Word doc.





Click Insert in the menu bar and then select Object from the drop-down list.





A new window will open. Select Flash in the list. However you have to Flash installed.





If you can't see Flash, click the Create from file tab and work from there.





If this doesn't work, try this.





Click Insert in the menu bar and then select File from the drop-down list.





Select the Flash file.
