Can I save Playstation 2 files to a flash drive or removable disk?

Can I save Playstation 2 files to a flash drive, instead of a memory card? I just want to know, and if you can, how can you?

Cheat devices like GameShark and Action Replay will let you copy your gamesaves onto a flash drive, as well as other software available in the modding community, but you can't use those saves directly in a PS2 software title. You would have to move them back onto a standard memory card to use them.

Depending on why you want to save you saves on a flash drive, you might be interested in the Memor32 memory card, which has a USB output to backup your saves, yet you can still use it like a memory card. Also, it's 32MB instead of 8MB.
Reply:With a PS3 you can, but for Ps2 you'll need a Gameshark or something.
Reply:yeah, you can!
Reply:Yes, but i think u'll have to format the flashdrive
Reply:NO I HAVE TRIED WITH A 1GB GO BUY A MAX GAME CODE THAT COME WITH A FLASH CARD AND DISC.
Reply:Yes

It will save them in a folder called PSV inside another folder called EXPORT inside another folder called PS3.

HEres a handy diagram:

PS3%26gt;EXPORT%26gt;PSV%26gt; [all the gamesaves]

the gamesaves wiull be saved as a .psv.
