How do I boot Windows 98 from a flash drive?

I have a bootable copy of windows 98, and I want to boot it off of a flash drive. I am currently running Windows XP Home Edition. I know the bios is a important factor for this but I have no clue what to do with it, or how to install it to the flash drive. Could someone give me step by step instructions on how it can be done?

The BIOS should offer a list of bootable drives to set in order. That's usually hard and optical drives for a 98 era system, but you might get lucky and find USB as an available boot source.
Reply:it's and easy but long process. look for a virtual machine by microsoft. it lets u load the os from a flash/zip drive and allows u to access your harddrive and cdrom with out actually running the program from the hardrive.
